BROOKLYN RESIDENCE

This minimalist apartment in Brooklyn Heights boasts an unobstructed view of the Manhattan skyline. West-facing windows and a large balcony flood the 700-square-foot, one-bedroom space with natural light. The design maximizes the stunning view with an open floor plan, removing the bedroom wall to showcase a continuous stretch of windows. In place of the wall, a 10-foot-wide sliding glass partition provides flexibility and privacy when desired.

The expanded bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub and a walk-in shower, with Carrara marble and glass mosaic tiles accentuating a carefully curated color palette. The open kitchen, equipped with built-in appliances and custom millwork, reflects the client’s passion for cooking and entertaining. Pietra Serena sandstone countertops and shop-painted matte lacquered cabinets with reveal pulls embody a minimalist aesthetic, resulting in a sleek and functional space.
